Orders and warehouse

From channel to packed box

Orders from Shopify, MyStore, B2B and marketplaces in one list — and a warehouse flow that knows where the item actually is.

All the way through the building

The order desk and the warehouse see the same row, with the same status, at the same second.

  • Orders from every channel

Webshop, marketplace, phone and EDI land in one list, keeping the channel's own references.

  • Pick and pack

Pick lists, totes and locations. The packing slip and the label print in the same motion that closes the box.

  • Goods receipt

Purchase orders in, discrepancies recorded where they happen, and stock updated without anyone typing it again.

  • Stock counting

Counting per location, with the movements behind every difference — not just a number that does not add up.

  • Stock movements

Every movement has a source: an order, a receipt, a count or a correction with a name on it.

  • Warehouse queue

What is queued for picking, what is waiting for stock, and what has been standing too long.

The order knows what it cost

Freight cost, purchase price and margin sit on the order, not in a report produced at month end. So "are we making money on this customer" can be answered while the customer is still on the phone.

The numbers come from the same mirrors as the rest of the workspace: the purchase price from the ERP, the freight cost from the carrier, the sale from the channel.

The warehouse is a flow, not a form

Locations, totes and queues are built so one person can go from pick to pack to label without switching screens or retyping the order number.

Screens are configured per warehouse: a small one with three racks should not inherit the workflow of a warehouse with twelve pickers.
