Products and catalogue

One catalogue, many channels

Product data in one place, with the rules for what has to be filled in before anything is allowed out into a channel.

From supplier file to live product page

Import, validation and publishing are three steps in one flow, not three systems.

  • PIM

Products, variants, attributes and relations in one model — including the fields only one channel uses.

  • Catalogue import and field mapping

The supplier's file is mapped to your own fields once, and the import remembers the mapping next time.

  • Validation and audit

Rules for what must exist before a product is ready, and an audit that shows what is missing where.

  • Media library (DAM)

Images and documents with variants and alt text, attached to the product and not to a folder on someone's desktop.

  • Channels and marketplaces

Shopify, MyStore and marketplaces each get their version of the catalogue — from one source.

  • Digital shelf

What is actually published where, with gaps and differences visible instead of assumed.

The supplier's data is not your data

A supplier file has the supplier's fields, the supplier's categories and the supplier's image quality. Workspace keeps the two apart: the supplier product is a source, your product is what gets published.

That is why a price change at the supplier can flow through without overwriting the copy a product manager wrote.

Nothing goes out half-finished

Validation runs on the catalogue, not in the channel. A product with no image, no weight or no translation stays on the work list — it does not end up as an empty product page someone finds through Google three weeks later.

We import a slice of your products and run the validation.
