The platform

One workspace for the whole operation

Workspace is one system with many rooms: customer service, orders, warehouse, shipping, products, finance, banking, CRM, HR and analytics. You switch on the rooms you need.

The rooms

Each area is its own section in the menu, with its own screens, queues and reports. What you have not switched on is not there.

  • Customer service

Queues, AI drafts, channels and analytics — plus the Service Pulse on the wall screen.

  • Orders, warehouse and purchasing

Orders, picking, goods receipt, stock counts, purchase orders and suppliers.

  • Shipping and returns

Booking, labels, tracking, freight rates, client billing and RMA.

  • Products and catalogue

PIM, catalogue import, validation, field mapping, DAM, feeds and marketplaces.

  • Finance and reporting

Vouchers, accruals, VAT, P&L, budget versus actual and Looker.

  • Banking and ledgers

Bank reconciliation, customer and supplier ledgers, credit control and Svea.

  • CRM and marketing

Companies, contacts, deals, pipelines, newsletters, ads and SEO.

  • Analytics

Dashboards, forecasts, a board portal and pulse screens per company.

  • Operations and access

Sync health, error reports, audit trail, roles and module permissions.

One database, not nine integrations pointing at each other

Data from the finance system, the CRM, the store and the carriers is mirrored into one database. That is why an order can show freight cost, margin and the customer's last support case on the same row — without a lookup against four APIs that can each be down.

The mirrors are incremental and run around the clock, each job monitored on its own. When a source goes down you see it on Sync health before you see it in the numbers.

Roles, modules and companies are three different switches

A user belongs to one or more companies. A company has a set of modules enabled. A role decides what the user may do inside them.

So an accounting firm can hold every client in one workspace without a case handler seeing more than their own, and a group can give a subsidiary its own way of working without a separate installation.
